Beard Beasts Return Policy
At Beard Beasts, we are committed to delivering premium beard care and hair styling products that exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, our products do not meet your satisfaction, we are here to assist you with returns within 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we are happy to help. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@beardbeasts.com with the following information:

Reason for Return
A customer care representative will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide detailed return instructions.
Return Process:
Once you receive your RAN, securely package the product (preferably in its original packaging) to prevent damage during return transit. Please include the RAN inside the package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is deemed defective.

If the product is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 24 hours and provide photos, if possible.
Defective Goods:
A product is considered defective if it is damaged upon arrival or contains a manufacturing defect. Beard Beasts reserves the right to determine if a product qualifies as defective. Please email us with details and evidence of the defect for assistance.
