How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can also view your tracking information in your Order History under your account. If you have any issues tracking your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We prioritize fast service. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Please note that order processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed. If you notice any issues, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Delivery & Returns

How long does shipping take?

For standard shipping within the United States, your order will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You can check USPS’s website for more accurate delivery time estimates.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada. We’re working on expanding our shipping options and appreciate your understanding. Stay tuned for future updates!

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

How do I return an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of your order. To return a product, simply send us an email at info@beardbeasts.com with your order details. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

Are there any conditions for returns?

Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted, sale, or promotional items.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or damaged. If you received a faulty item, we will cover the return shipping.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned product. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
