This article shares the most effective of these techniques, which include how to dress, how to groom yourself, and how to use your body language to attract attention.

To help you with this journey, we’ve compiled a list of ways on how to become more physically attractive; take a look at them now!

Please note before we jump into this article, understand that physical attraction is largely subjective. What is attractive to one person, may not be to another.

Therefore, I believe it is important that you choose area’s which will make you feel more attractive and not area’s that you THINK will make people more attracted to you.

There are many ways to help you feel more physically attractive. Some of these tips will help you and some may not.

It is down to you to decide what changes you are willing and wanting to make.

How To Become More Physically Attractive

Here are our best tips to help you achieve the results you want. Remember, it is a combination of steps that will help you become more attractive.

Eat Healthily

If you want to know how to become more physically attractive, first look in a mirror. You’re more likely to be satisfied with your own appearance if you start eating right. It’s not just for vanity’s sake—you’ll have more energy and feel better about yourself.

Eating a poor diet filled with junk food might make you feel good in the moment but it will hurt your body and confidence long-term.

Understand that our bodies reflect what we fuel it with.

This is why many people who eat junk food constantly suffer from things like pimples, poor skin, poor hair quality and so on.

Whereas, people who eat healthy balanced diets, tend not to suffer from these problems.

So I do suggest you get yourself a note book and log everything you eat in a week and look at that for reflection.

See how much junk food you eat and how much healthy foods you eat, you might be surprised.

Eating healthy will certainly help you become more physically attractive because you would be giving your body all the protein, vitamins and minerals it needs to properly function.

Your diet affects everything from the quality of your hair and skin – to your energy levels.

Therefore, we should all eat healthier to give our bodies the nutrients it needs to function and supply goodness to our skin, hair, nails and so forth.

Here are a few little tips to help you:

  • Find a diet that works for your lifestyle, that way you’ll be able to stick to it.
  • Use a note pad and log everything you eat for reflection.
  • Avoid junk food as much as possible.
  • If possible cook all of your own meals.
  • Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
  • Try to always eat protein with every meal.

Stay Hydrated

Drinking more water can help you maintain proper hydration, which in turn will make your skin appear less dry and tired looking.

Of course, drinking enough water isn’t just about your looks; many health practitioners say it helps flush out toxins from your body too.

If you want to look and feel better within yourself and too others, it’s important to drink lots of water.

Drinking enough water daily will help your body function properly and boost your energy levels while also keeping you looking fresh and revitalized all day long.

Water also helps curb cravings for unhealthy foods, making it easier to stick with a healthy diet plan.

To help add more H2O into your life, add sliced fruit such as lemons or cucumbers.

It’s a great way to flavor your H20 without adding additional calories or sugar!

Drink up!

Tip: Instead of guzzling a glass of water here and there throughout your day, set a goal to drink two liters or 64 ounces of fluid each day.

Keep track of how much you consume with a journal just like I suggested with your food intake.

Exercise Frequently

One of the biggest and important things you can do to become more physically attractive is exercise.

And I don’t mean casually going on a run or lifting some weights every once in a while.

To really look good, you need to make it part of your lifestyle and build up your strength and endurance.

Of course, if you’re not used to exercising, starting out can be difficult—particularly if you’re overweight or out of shape.

When that happens, it may be worth looking into hiring a personal trainer until you get into better shape and feel more comfortable getting yourself off the couch and onto an elliptical machine for an hour at a time.

Being fit and healthy will benefit your overall health and physical appearance tremendously—but only if it becomes second nature over time.

A well-balanced exercise program helps build lean muscle mass and will improve your physical attractiveness.

It also helps prevent unhealthy weight gain, reduce body fat and control blood pressure and cholesterol levels in many cases.

You don’t even need to join a gym in order to improve your appearance.

Aerobic activity includes running, cycling, swimming, dancing or sports such as soccer or basketball are perfect ways to help you get in better shape and health.

Before starting an exercise routine, you should talk with your doctor about developing a plan that’s safe for you based on your health history and goals.

Get More Sleep

Yep, you read that right!

Get more sleep!

Sleep is crucial for physical appearance.

While it’s tempting to cut back on sleep in order to get more done, there are short- and long-term effects of not getting enough sleep.

Lack of sleep makes us look puffy, washed out, and sickly.

One study found that just one week of sleeping five hours a night caused people to look at least three years older.

That’s because lack of sleep leads to elevated levels of stress hormones that break down our skin tissue.

Skimping on shut-eye will also leave you feeling groggy—and nobody wants to be around a grouch who looks haggard!

The best way to avoid these negative effects?

Make sure you’re prioritizing your ZZZ’s above all else so your body can take care of its most important processes first thing in the morning!

If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, make an appointment with your doctor or buy an herbal supplement like valerian root.

But make sure it works for you before using regularly, as some supplements might interact with other medications.

If possible, try to go to bed earlier than usual by turning off devices 30 minutes before hitting the sack.

You’ll fall asleep faster without Facebook distracting you!

Get In The Sun

If you’re looking for a way to make yourself more physically attractive, get a tan.

A sun-kissed glow not only signals that you spent some time outside over your weekend, but it also boosts your mood and helps promote overall health.

Fellas, why do you think women like sunbathing?

Because having a tan makes them feel and look better.

According to an American Academy of Dermatology survey , 74 percent of women think that having a good tan makes them look more physically attractive.

Another study found that women see their bodies in a better light after getting a tan.

Both men and women rated themselves as more physically attractive when they had tanned skin compared with white skin after UV exposure.

So men, get outside, if only for an hour or two, so others can see how good you look!

Note: Please make sure you wear suitable sun-screen!

Look After Your Teeth

Having strong, clean teeth is an attractive feature for most people.

Not only do sparkling pearly whites look great, but they’re an indication of good overall health as well.

In fact, having bad teeth has been linked to heart disease and premature aging.

So take care of those pearly whites with a regular cleaning from your dentist—you’ll be surprised at how much healthier and more attractive you will feel and look!

Try to brush your teeth twice daily (and don’t forget flossing!) to keep them clean and free of plaque.

And if you want to learn more about dental hygiene, schedule an appointment with your dentist.

To maintain optimal oral health, visit your dentist for frequent exams and cleanings—ideally every six months or so.

That will help ensure that any problems are identified early on before they become more complicated or difficult to treat.

I would recommend every man invest in an electric toothbrush if you can afford too.

They are exceptionally better at cleaning your teeth than ordinary tooth-brushes.

Trust me: You can thank me later once that dazzling clean smile gets you noticed!

Which leads me to my next tip…

Smile More

Women are attracted to a smile.

In fact one of my partners favourite features about me is my smile.

Now whilst I don’t tend to think my smile is “nice”, to her it is an attractive feature which is why it is on this list.

A smile is a small thing that can go a long way, as it can soften your face.

People tend to think others who smile more often are happier and healthier, two traits that also make people seem more attractive.

To become physically attractive, it’s a good idea to try smiling as much as possible.

It may feel uncomfortable at first, but studies have shown that smiling for a few minutes a day can have a major impact on how you come across to others.

Still don’t believe a smile can make a difference on how to become more physically attractive?

Check this out…

A recent study found that those who smiled more often were perceived as being more physically attractive. In fact, those who smiled even when not smiling for real were rated as more attractive than those who didn’t smile unless they actually felt happy.

Bottom line fellas…women love a smile!

Start Meditating

I’ll wait until you stop smiling…okay we good?

Let’s continue!

Meditation has been shown to improve not only your emotional and psychological state, but also your physical appearance.

It doesn’t take much—just a few minutes a day of deep breathing and visualization.

The best part? You can do it anywhere (when you remember), even if you don’t feel like it at first.

Just try it; before long, you’ll start noticing that you always feel calm and relaxed after meditating.

Before you know it, that even extends into other areas of your life!

Women are attracted to men who hold their calm during stressful situations, which meditation helps you with.

Therefore, if you want to look more physically attractive (and feel good too), meditation is a must-try habit.

With each passing year we learn more about how meditation affects our brains and bodies – from increased gray matter density in areas associated with empathy and emotion regulation, to improved telomere maintenance as we age – science is showing meditation being good for us as human beings both physically and mentally.

Build Your Confidence

Confidence is an extremely sexy thing in the eyes of women.

If you struggle with low self-esteem, understand you are not alone and that doesn’t mean you can’t become more physically attractive.

It just means that building confidence will require a little more effort and work.

The best advice I can give you is to spend time around confident people and learn from them.

You will start adopting their behaviours into your own repertoire, such as walking with purpose or maintaining direct eye contact when talking.

Confidence is something that is easy to destroy and very hard to grow, which is why I recommend you ditch the losers in your life and find and befriend confident, successful people.

Confidence is a matter of the mind, therefore it should be something you work on everyday as part of your lifestyle.

As your confidence grows, so will your physically attractiveness to others.

Take Care of Your Skin

If you are still wondering how to become more physically attractive, it’s a good idea to keep your skin hydrated.

Skin is often overlooked in terms of overall health.

But when it comes down to it, what do people see first? Your face!

That’s why taking care of your skin can greatly improve your appearance.

Here are some simple strategies for maintaining healthy skin:

  • Keep hydrated by drinking water daily.
  • Apply an oil-free moisturizer after showering.
  • Eat foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon, tuna, almonds and walnuts.
  • Eat fresh fruits and vegetables every day.
  • Get eight hours of sleep per night.
  • Get enough zinc each day because zinc helps reduce acne breakouts.

Follow all these guidelines together—not just one or two at a time—and soon enough you will notice your skin will start to improve.

Take Care Of Your Hair

Keeping your hair healthy is essential to being seen a physically attractive.

The condition of your hair (even for us men) says a lot about how you treat yourself, and if you want to become more physically attractive, it helps by taking care of your hair.

Most men fall into two traps when it comes to washing their hair.

They either over-wash it or under-wash it.

Both are bad for your hairs health and if you want to become more physically attractive then this something you need to improve on if you fall into this trap.

Under-washing your hair will make your hair look greasy which isn’t attractive in the eyes of a woman.

Over-washing your hair will dry your hair out, which in return will make your hair brittle.

You should aim to wash your hair twice a week using a natural hair shampoo.

Natural hair shampoos will provide moisture and nutrients to your hair, making it healthier, hydrated and looked after.

Regular visits to your local barber are a must.

This will maintain good hair health and keep your hair style in good shape.

I personally visit my barber twice a month to keep my hair on point, something my wife finds attractive about me.

So can you see the importance of keeping on top of your hair?

Smell Nice

Another tip on how to be more physically attractive is make sure you always smell nice.

If you’re meeting someone for a first date, meeting your wife for dinner, having a nice scent on is one of those little things that go a long way.

The trick here is picking out a good cologne that smells nice on you and then wearing it often.

That way, when someone comes into contact with you they get an immediate positive association.

I met my partner six years ago, we met at a local bar and I was wearing the mens one million, today I am still wearing that cologne.

I get many compliments from people, even strangers on smelling nice.

My point…have a signature cologne.

Don’t use different ones.

Find one that you like and stick to it (provided it is a nice one).

Women are attracted to a man who smells good!

Just keep in mind that strong scents aren’t very appealing so try not to go overboard! Otherwise you might overpower others around you instead of just impressing them!

Conclusion:

The most basic way on how to become more physically attractive is simply by practicing good hygiene. Brush your teeth daily, don’t forget to shower daily, and pay attention to how you smell. Putting effort into grooming will make you look cleaner, healthier, and more put-together.

Additionally, keep an eye on your hair; it’s easy for split ends or greasy strands to ruin an otherwise stellar appearance. Be aware of your body language too—looking tired or disheveled can distract from everything else that you have going for you in terms of physical attractiveness.
