Returns Policy For Beard Grooming Products:
We ship using USPS based on weight of package calculated at time of shipping. These rates are controlled by USPS not us. We are sorry for no longer offering free shipping but due to rising costs we were unable to continue this practice. We did however adjust our per product price on many products to be less than before where we could trim costs for our customers.
You have 30 days to return an item, it must be new and unopened. If you used the soap, oil, balm or comb at all, we cannot accept a return. Contact us for a return authorization or shipping label for unopened product.
Please note: We are not liable for allergic reactions, we list all of the ingredients for our soaps on our website and on each bar. If you are allergic to an ingredient do not purchase. If you didn't know you had an allergy to a specific ingredient we are sorry, we recommend taking Benedryl by the package directions and going to your doctor.
In the event of an allergic reaction please let us know even if you don't intend to try to get a refund, we might be able to offer a partial refund at least and would like to know what the problem was so we can look into what we could do about changing ingredients.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges on clothing, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us on our contact page!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us on our contact page with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
